If you regularly attend Oak Lake E. Free Church and are a subscribed member of our prayer chain email list - and you would like to submit a prayer request, prayer update or a praise item concerning yourself, a member of your family, a close friend or a coworker, please use the following email address: prayerchain@oaklake.org.

Prayer requests submitted from email addresses not listed in our group of subscribed members will be automatically rejected.

All requests will be reviewed before going out to prayer-chain members.

To sign up for the prayer chain, please enter your name and email below, and your subscription request will be sent to the church office.
